This website has always been and always will be, FREE of charge.

There is a monthly cost for hosting this site which is absorbed by myself.

Over the years I have attempted to encourage people to donate but for the most part my attempts fall upon deaf ears. There is a cost involved in travelling to over 300 locations (gas, vehicle repairs) in addition to the hosting fees for the website.

To the ones who have chosen to donate a few dollars, I appreciate it very much. This allows this free service to continue and to be enjoyed by photographers, historians, explorers and people researching their ancestry.
